more of the basic psychological processes involved in understanding or using language (spoken or written), which may manifest itself in difficulty in listening, thinking, speaking, reading, writing, spelling or mathematical calculations. There is a significant discrepancy between achievement and intellectual abilities.<\/p><p>The program is designed to help students meet the educational needs of their grade level. Since each student is unique in his or her educational needs, an educational plan will be developed.
